USF's N.I.T.E. (Necessary Improvements to Transform our Environment) organization will host its 2nd annual Take Back the Night event on Tuesday, April 8th at the MLK plaza. The N.I.T.E. organization is a student group that seeks to advocate campus safety and student health. They also strive to work with other campus organizations in order to campaign for improvements to the environment for the entire USF community. Tuesday night's event will start at 7pm. Activities will include a speak-out, march, candlelight vigil, memory wall, informational speakers, as well as food, handouts, and live music. For more information, visit www.usfnite.com.
